I loved working at Candelis. Their teamwork, their culture, and exciting technical problems that we had to solve, all contributed to advancing my career from a recent graduate to a confident software developer. My colleagues selflessly shared their knowledge and provided invaluable insight when needed them most.

Pros

The work given is challenging, which I found exciting at first. It is a good place to gain experience, is a good first job out of college.

Cons

Low Pay Disruptive Environment, Hard to stay focused Not a team environment in the company overall. I only worked with my team, which was a disappointment.
