      Good pay, good hours, clean work environment

      Cons

      No cross training, no growth, the policies and management were becoming unbearable since the new CEO came in, and it will probably continue to decline as they are about to be bought out

      Pros

      + Benefits are great for full-time: dental/vision paid by the company, medical coverage and premiums are great for a small/middle-sized company, PTO, education reimbursement, tech bonus, end-of-year bonus + Atmosphere - casual dress code, music all-day, enjoyable co-workers + Work/life balance - it's a straightforward job. You pick, pack and do other tasks to make the department run. OT is not expected and you can go home and enjoy your own personal time without thinking about work. + Smells good and employee discount

      Cons

      - limited career advancement on the warehouse floor, but it seems others have moved into different company departments from the floor - physical job - which can take a toll on some people, so if you can't walk several miles a day or lift heavy objects all day, this job is not for you.
