Fairly decent wage and advancement opportunities. Other employees were great to work with, Overtime was usually available if wanted. During curtailments, clean up work was often available.
Cons
Long curtailments (1 month or more) is becoming more and more regular. No incentive for being a safe, present and reliable employee
