      Pay and vacation schedule. You only get 2 weeks vacation - you can buy an additional week after a full year of work.

      Canfor is a company which has multiple cultural and equal opportunity , has good benefits and union based for employees .Canfor also gives trade apprentices for employees and has good environmental area ,,I can say 'Canfor based on employees and employees based to Canfor'

      the only one the downside working in Canfor is just dusty area and may affect healthy ,,and most of the area is hazard so every body must concern safety every movement at all the time .actually some times there is stress and pressure during production ,this happen because of to produced or increased the number of production with a loud sound and when the Machin got problem, this stress or pressure shows that how the employees stand or committed their own position responsibility.
