You are expected to work 70 hours a week every week. Management is a joke. If you are not from a couple of families or have close ties to them you will not get anywhere in this company.

The pay was great. Allow you days you need off

Cons

Supervisors not caring. Working unnecessary hours. If you get hurt they don’t like to report it. Extremely hot in the summer and they won’t improve nothing. Working with broken and unsafe equipment.
