      - Great culture with open-minded management - Modern approach to systems, innovation and technology, keeps young talent engaged - Lots of growth opportunities, Canfor paid workshops, sponsored degrees, and mill tours etc.

      - Culture can be too comfortable and favors less competent individuals - Slow pace of talent development, drives out the capable talent that wants things to happen fast - Seniority >> Capability, so junior, but capable people do not get the tab on initiatives & opportunities as often
