      Lovely people who are always willing to help each other Really good benefits, and focus on Career Development, and promoting from within. Many people stay for a very big portion of their career.

      Cons

      I don't see many cons. Compared to other companies, I think Canfor is a very decent employer that makes a good effort for their employees.
