      I can't think of any pros other than a handful of good people that still for the time being work there.

      Cons

      Backwards thinking. High Turnover. No Recognition for effort. Every Man for Himself attitude. Un-Qualified Leaders/Managers/VP's.

      Great wages and overtime opportunities. Room for advancement into apprenticeships or management. Great plant manager.

      Cons

      Some operators are grumpy which can make the workplace feel negative. It takes around 5 years seniority or more to get an apprenticeship.
