Great pay and benefits, focus on training and diversity and inclusion

Cons

Although there are initiatives to be more diverse and inclusive, its a well established company in an old industry. As an industry, regardless of company, women make up less than 20% of the work force total and majority if not all senior leadership consists of older white men.
