Home every day good safety and training programs good benefits wages are ok time off when needed a good union with a lot of really great people in it

Cons

There is a real culture of bullying and harassment here and management doesn't deal with it they ignore it and make excuses for this type of behaviour if you go to management about it even if other employees go to management they cover for the offender and blame you

Pros

Good clean mill with fairly new equipment. Knowledgeable team with a lot of experience between us.

Cons

Management does not share ideas or goals with production team or maintenance team. We are basically left in the dark until the "time comes". Little to no advance warning for large projects and horrible inventory management with parts and supplies.
