      Pros

      Canfor is the most real company I have ever worked for. Real individuals, with real concern for managing and leading the business for continued success. A professional yet fun company that cares a lot about community enrichment. Canfor offers good salaries and employee perks, there is a continual focus on safety, and it is led by competent staff. Overall there is great morale in the company.

      Cons

      Vacation time is lacking, especially in the first 5 years, compared to other large competitive firms (especially public service), but this is offset by other valuable (both tangible and intangible) perks.
