Cons

There are lots of cons. The environment does not support any true designer. If you have strong design talent do not waste your time here as everyone else will try to take you down.

CannonDesign is a good place to get your career off the ground. As architects, they do good, innovative work.

Cons

Majority of management in Boston is rude. This place has a reputation for being 'toxic' which is true. Young staff keeps things light.
