Thanks so much for leaving us feedback. We encourage open dialogue and transparency, so if you haven't already done so, we urge you to have a conversation with your supervisor about your salary concerns and your aspirations for compensation. Our salary structure is benchmarked against similar firms in our industry, but we also understand that individual circumstances vary. Also, we offer various avenues for additional compensation, such as performance-based bonuses that all employees are eligible for. Your supervisor can provide more insight into that too. Thanks again for the review and for being an important part of our CannonDesign team.

Not a stable company

Pros

There are some great people in this company. Healthcare team does good design. Some fresh and young people are moving in. New office is awesome!

Cons

Denver office is not stable. Profitability is the first and last thing and employees are just numbers. CEO and the Board are completely oblivious and clueless of what's going on the floor. No effort on creating a culture or improve working life of employees. Lots of lay offs and lots of new hires that won't last more than 18 month on the average (you can fact check this) There is no trust between parties. People are willing to crush each other to look good in front of the management. Minimal to no raise. Do it at your own risk and before you apply, make sure you research if they are in any active lawsuit or litigation with any agency.

There’s a lot to unpack in your review, and it's disheartening to learn that your experience did not align with the positive culture we consistently strive to create. We do want to clarify that we have not had any layoffs in Denver in recent years and our office is growing under strong leadership. Our compensation is also competitive with the industry, benchmarked against our peers. Regardless, we’re disappointed about this review, and we want you to know that our firm is wholly committed to creating a supportive and rewarding work environment for all employees.
