Really appreciate you leaving us feedback. We’re extremely happy to hear that you enjoy our social atmosphere, but we’re bummed to hear you think it feels political at times. It’s difficult to respond to your comment without more context, but know that we work hard to ensure all employees have the ability to lead, advance and achieve their potential — without roadblocks. If you haven’t already, we encourage you to work with your supervisor to create a career development plan outlining your career aspirations. Also, know that you can always reach out to HR – completely confidentially – to discuss any issues related to the work environment. In regards to our firm’s vision/strategy, our vision is unwavering, but our strategy will always evolve in response to market dynamics and client needs. We go through business planning every year, and based on opportunities for growth, we often tweak some of the tactics in our strategy to ensure continuous evolution. With that said, your comment is well heard, and reminds us that we need to be better at communicating the reasoning behind all changes in our growth strategies.
