Pros

The work/life balance is great and the office culture is very positive and engaging. Everyone is respectful to one another no matter the level or title.

Cons

The creativity process at the beginning of a project could be improved; sometimes the way a project or project team is managed lacks organization and consistency; all members of a team should be included earlier in the design process - such as the schematic phase - for a more cohesive and holistic design approach.

This poor decision-making from upper management has resulted in recurring challenges for the company over the past decade. Additionally, data retention practices lack rigor, and transparency is noticeably absent. Cheap.....
