      Pros

      Good benefits. Interesting projects. Some members of leadership were very talented and enjoyable to work.

      Cons

      Lack of incentives to keep talented employees. Long hours and poor bonuses. Poor management within some portions of organization.

      Cannon has its act together, cares about the employees and will give as much responsibility as you can take.

      Pros

      Cannon is an international company with locations all over the US. Even though the Buffalo area is repressed, we can share work between offices depending on work load and expertise.

      Cons

      The major downside is the no overtime policy. A lot of other firms pay either time and a half, or straight time for hours worked over 40. Comp time is a concept the company “don’t recommend”.

      Lots of corporate perks, ARE, remote work

      Cons

      Figure this out early. They are looking for strong corporate citizenship and follower of corporate culture. So, if you say the wrong thing around the water cooler, you will be seeing the HR soon. Be a zombie, get it right the first time and you will keep your job.
