Our firm has a rich culture, and we regret you didn’t feel it when you were with us. Regarding leadership, we are committed to diversifying our leadership team. We’re actively working to amplify the diverse voices in our firm and recruit new talent, and we recently hired a Director of Diversity to push us even further. Addressing the diversity challenges in our industry is going to take time, but we’re committed to doing the work.
