Pros
Office Culture is great, there are regularly scheduled design share meetings, the staff is friendly and caring. Overall it feels like a good place to work where people take an interest in your growth.
Cons
Pay is on the lower side, The work at times can become tedious and begin to feel like you are being silo'd due to overall lack of office skill sets. So you can end up silo'd in what you are already good at and expanding into new areas can get difficult
