Pros

My boss is the best boss you could ever ask for. I feel heard and can be transparent. I'm encouraged to speak my ideas.

Cons

It is a larger corporation, so it's hard when you feel like just a number sometimes.

We're so glad to hear you have such a great relationship with your boss. We're fortunate to have some truly incredible people managers across the firm. Really appreciate your feedback on firm size, too. If you haven’t already, you might consider getting involved in some of the employee groups and activities happening in our Chicago office. There are also ways to plug in nationally through our employee resource groups, our innovation incubator Amp, or our social impact platform, Open Hand Studio. These are all great ways to connect with folks outside your immediate team and make the firm feel a little smaller and more connected. Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review!

It takes time to move up in the company. You need patience if you want to see a promotion.
