      Within CannonDesign there are many extraordinary leaders to mentor you and help develop your career. there is some incredibly creative brilliant and innovative work occurring. For a large design firm there is also an smaller individual office culture that allows unique expression for each location. There is a true collaborative mindset and willingness to support each other and share insight and knowledge across the firm.

      As a big firm there can be moments of frustrating bureaucracy and not as agile as aspire to be.
