      Good work environment. Good benefit package. Nice place to work.

      Cons

      CannonDesign and Astorino merged in early 2015. The transition process was difficult, but will level out as processes are defined.

      Good benefits. Great friendly atmosphere (Shanghai office)

      Cons

      Corporate politics, lack of respect for designers from management side. Shanghai office being always treated as a "sweat shop" by the US offices although it had so many talented people.

      Pros

      People are willing to help each other from different offices. There are opportunities to work with colleagues across the country. CannonDesign Academy - the in-house educational program offers interesting seminars that are recognized by the AIA and the GBCI. Young professionals are given key roles in the project teams.

      Cons

      Lack of organization at times. Some teams work long hours while some are more reasonable. Certain teams are not properly staffed.
