Pay is good but it's hard to negotiate even if you know your skills are more than the worth of what they offer

Cons

Toxic management. Longer work hours are normalized among specific business units because they need to cost cut or downsize which leaves no room for work-life balance. No growth, no recognition. You will never feel valued in this company because they make decisions based on the business needs alone, and not on the welfare of the employees. Management has corruption issues

Overtime is available if you would like it. The work environment is laid-back most days, but some days can be busy. You get 8 hours of PTO every month, which stacks up every month, meaning you can take an extended vacation later in the year if you want to.

Cons

Some previous employees were not very personable but no longer work here, so that is no longer an issue.
