There were some great people, till mid and upper management messed it all up.

Cons

Everything. They will work you till you drop, then when you're there for 10 years, you get a gift card ti a website that doesn't even work. And even though I have left, im still getting calls asking how to do financial reports. And on top of that, they will dangle opportunities to progress bit never actually give you those opportunities

Pros

Good place to work (environment & location), they pay you well (standard benefits). There is always a team bldg budget and other company activities.

Cons

They do not have enough projects internally. In my case the project I previously worked on suddenly sunsets, a retrenchment process was initiated and half of the team are reduced.
