Many interesting challenges and problems to solve. Litigation support and electronic discovery is often an excercise in firefighting.

Cons

No growth, no advancement, no value on the employee base. Management was always looking to hire someone in to fix things. Salaries are generally half the industry average if not less. This company does not care about its employees at all.
