Many products are out dated and past their lifecycle. There needs to be a proactive focus on that aspect of the business.

- Great culture -- super nice and kind management especially within the Client Services - ITOS division. - Engaging management - Celebrations, Rewards and Recognitions within Canon

Cons

- Pay does not arrive 24 hours in advance, only a few hours before the actual pay date - Some reported disputes ever since they changed their payroll company - Does not do well in terms of annual increase to employees. I only had an increase of 4% but was a top performer - Does not give out performance incentives - They don't have permanent WFH arrangement - Limited career growth - Employees do their own timesheet and not the lead / manager
