-pay could be better -communication could be better -additional work tasks -difficult to make changes due to needing client permission to do anything we want to change(signage ect)

LOW PAY! Even when you get promoted, they gave you pennies. Also seems like management takes off whenever they want but chastise you if you try to put in PTO. They put you at sites to help and tell you, you are not an employee of that site so you can't get their perks, but you are an employee of that site when it comes to holidays, so if Canon is off but your site isn't, you have to still work. Raises each year are about $0.60. Sick Leave and Vacation time are ONE thing so you must choose wisely, and you only accumulate one full day's worth of PTO after working an ENTIRE month (160 hours worked for 8 hours of PTO)
