Great peers! All the technology teams are amazing to work with and very helpful. The focus and dedication of the engineering teams to produce high quality software is fantastic
Cons
Multiple; Executive leadership flounders on creating vision and direction. That impacts product direction, so each product and engineering team is basically left on their own. There is no direction to unify or standardized within the products or technology stacks. Product roadmaps are changed on a whim which causes severe disruptions with timely delivery. Product teams are driven by customer requests constantly and they make minimal to no effort to protect engineering teams current feature delivery and schedules.
