Pros
It's a very stable 9-5 job, if you're lucky then it's a 35hr work week. People are nice and welcoming. Great resources available and good opportunity for continuous education. Also the new Melville building is bright and clean (the walking paths are great when the weather is good.)
Cons
Teams can be extremely siloed, so are the different levels of employees and management. This lack of communication often results in project issues (that could have been easily prevented with open communication and sharing of information). Any significant change happens very slowly (lots of red tape). Not much movement and growth in terms of promotion.
