The people who work for the company are generally decent and hardworking and trying their best for this good honest brand.
Cons
Complete lack of leadership. Paying lip service to the general workforce. In the end you are a simply a cost on a spreadsheet, unempowered and untrusted. Zero work life balance. There is absolutely no appreciation for increasingly excessive workloads (people are regularly working late into the evening or weekends and it becomes expected do do so). Every year there is either less people, more work, or both. No clarity of roles or responsibilities leads to confusion, lack of ownership and accountability. A lot of politics, infighting and bullying happens openly. Aggressive communication is not uncommon. Pressure is simply passed onto the employee to deal with from management who are desperately looking for a magic wand to address blatant lack of strategy or direction to steer the ship.
