      Great employee discount on Canon products, good name on CV, you get to participate to nice events

      Cons

      Where to start... They don't pay enough for what they ask. Overtime is not paid in any ways and you will definitely work more than stated on your contract. Night shifts required despite technology and overseas team would make it unnecessary. Politics are so bad. If you're not in the click, you're no one. The location is way too far from central London - you can clearly see the talent pool is not as high as London businesses. There is no organisation and standard processes or policies. HR is very biaised and does not protect employees, if anything, is more political than SLT.

      Pros

      Some good people who are keen to make a difference however also a lot of politics and backstabbing going on.

      Cons

      - Failing transformation process & business strategy. - Siloed ways of working and little collaboration. - Organisational structure is politically motivated. - Poor senior leadership failing to succinctly articulate business objectives, resulting in vague and mediocre output.

      the location is good and you can meet great colleagues

      -unfair treatment of non Japanese employees & favouritism of Japanese ones -threats of demotion/dismissal in case of time-off due to certified health problems -unreasonable demands for unpaid overtime work even though this is NOT stated in your contract -total indifference towards employees ideas or concerns -no transparence, clear path of career progression In short the so called KYOSEI is nothing but a fancy word to cover their main corporate philosophy: money over everything
