Pros
They start you off decent if your a senior level BUT no raises literally pennies on the dollar
Cons
Management is the bad,They are more focus on making friends than actually managing. HR is poor They don't care about your well being and how your treated. Worst place I've ever worked I quot for a better position in 5 months. They will not accommodate you in any ways with your family. And they will write you up for getting g tea or coffee during work hours.
