      very family oriented, fun environment and good work life balance. humble people and friendly place to work in. well...... used to be

      Cons

      new management in sales department with many "new blood" changed the whole nice culture of Canon. Morale is low for many of the existing staff and environment has suddenly become very political

      Pros

      Big company with a huge global brand. Very good products from cameras through to production printing equipment and medical imaging devices.

      Cons

      Completely no idea how to encourage valuable people to flourish with an almost bullying atmosphere which is very toxic. Canon allows the BRAND to dominate their thinking, letting more discrete players win market share. I had to leave because I wanted a good work life balance.
