      a) Can work 24*7 which can increase employee confidence.

      Cons

      a) Bad company ethics, good ratings alone for the persons treating the managers well. b) Lot of company politics, the Company is divided into a group of Keralites, North Indians etc.. who rules the company and not letting anyone else to grow.

      People are lovely, met some of my best friends there and it provides an overall nice working environment

      Cons

      People stay 10 years plus doing the same job, no upwards move, no career progression if you start at specialist level, I can remember very very few people promoted to management
