      Good resilient company to work for and very international look

      Cons

      Career progression within the company is very difficult and also mind the gap in salary market rate Vs Canon I believe it is estimated at a whopping 30% !

      Salaries are benchmarked using specialist data from the likes of Towers Watson and PwC, with little empirical evidence to support the differences mentioned. We are working to improve the visibility of career pathways across the business and much of the current activity around this should be clearer to all over the coming months.       No strong team camaraderie or work ethic

      Their BRAND is so strong

      Cons

      Not promoting good team spirit enough, they work in silos and are very old fashioned in their outlook. The sad thing is they don't appear to realise this is the case.

      Robust serious company if you're selling devices or cameras

      Cons

      If you're selling software / consultancy the business is a total start up - experimental with very little experience from the management; they can only do best one thing: selling devices nothing else
