*Good work-family life balance *Rewards & recognitions are good for well performing employees *Unlike typical sales organisation which only drives for numbers and not considerate for the emplyoess ,Canon has a human touch, Seniors works like mentors to bring out the best . *Perfect work culture with respect for human values. *Can easily spend 5years average becuase at the inittal phase the career growth remains on track
Cons
*Pays less than many of the IT cos.industry *Promotions are mere cosmetic changes with hardly any change in the profile *very difficult to change into differnt verticals and climb up the hirarachy . *Often frustrating when seniors stick to there postions for too long hindering the career growth of the juniors , sometimes have to leave the company for the same .
