      - Good team & management (if you're lucky) - Good coaching with opportunities to practice your approaches - Opportunies for advancement/raises fairly often

      Cons

      - Low base salary more often than not. Best to be supplemented with a part-time job if you're just starting out and living in the GTA - It's a grind at times cold calling, knocking on doors, and dealing with a rejection. Not for the faint of heart
