      Pros

      Amazing brand, brilliant company to work for overall and driving culture for change and impacting the world through imaging and solutions for digitization.

      Cons

      Too much leniency for certain senior managers (especially in emerging markets) to disregard core company values in terms of human capital, respect and recognition, making very valuable people who believe in Canon, leave and get disillusioned based on petty personal differences.

      It appears the middle management layer have all read the same 'idiots guide to management' was told by one how he was given a brush on his first day and wore the bristles out! Should have stuck to sweeping up in my opinion!
