Pros
A great brand with great products and positive rapport with all customers. No real sense of hierarchy, even people in senior roles are very approachable and are generally nice people to deal with. Good benefits and holidays.
Cons
A very conservative low risk company with a widespread fear of failure. Fast paced environment where information does not flow very well across departments. Lots of time wasted unnecessarily trying to access information to help you do your job. Too many meetings. No clear career path results in good people leaving in order to progress their careers.
