      Great company with a wealth of knowledge Great staff with excellent talent Some managers are helpful and decent Good pay and remuneration Good communication from management on business direction Good diversity at lower levels

      Cons

      Differences in managerial approach means that some have to work harder than others to achieve the same bonus. Poor communication with regards to promotions and what needs to be done to achieve them. Poor diversity in higher levels. Very few women in senior, director and managerial roles Poor location for out of work/after work culture
