Pros
Everyone is so friendly and supportive to get you trained up with the products and sales techniques. There is a great work-life balance with working from home 2 days a week but in the office 3 days to keep the culture Managers are there for support when you need them but not micro-management at all Sociable Friday's with a few drinks after work Also, offer great products and services so you have confidence in what you are selling
Cons
There was a merger with Australia happening at the time which was a bit of a downer as some good people left Some stock issues in getting stock in but that was a nation wide issue with all suppliers at the time
