Nice offices. Flexible working. Fair base salary. Decent company benefits. Good brand.

Cons

Terrible back office procedures that impact the customer. The logistics to deliver products to customer is exceptionally slow, very complicated and no body in the back office team takes ownership of the logistics processes. Resulting in unhappy customers.
