      Pros

      90% that you want to design and test at location is possible.

      Cons

      I ’ve heard anyone talking positive about the future. Besides that the attention you get as a Junior or medior is almost zero. There is a lot of experienced people, but they don’t have much time to support you in any sense. In case you work as freelancer, it might be a good place to make log hour to fill pocket but besides that definitely not recommended.
