Pros
- Salary is very good. Canon pays a good amount and their bonus schemes are good as well.
Cons
- very toxic culture & env , If you are looking for the proper dutch culture where you can balance between profession & personal life then canon is certainly not that company. - Micromanagement at the peak. Some people literally keeps track of your moment , off time etc. - No learning , they are doing same work since 10 yrs and they dont want to get out of it . if you suggest a small change it will take 6 months to get started. - No scope for personal development . - You dont have flexibility to wfh , their company policies are very bad & not so employee friendly.
