Limited chances of learning more and promotion. Very hierarchical. And management doesn't always play fair to all staffs. Remuneration is average.

1. Company cares about its employees (typical for Japanese) 2. Various policies allowing you working from home and flexible working hours etc 3. Friendly environment - great for people looking for a work/life balance 4. Extremely easy way of move either within the same Dept. or within the business in general.
