      Pros

      - Friendly environment - Helpful people in Team - Many different nationalities - Work and life balance

      Cons

      - No interaction with other teams - no teambuilding between departments. - Very much team based - hard to interact with anyone out of the team. - Not so many young people. - HR is really not responsive and not proactive - feels that no interests at all in a good atmosphere for employees. Luckily, people, in general, are nice and create a nice atmosphere. - Not so much self development possibilities - mostly only online ones.

      Pros

      Great culture and work life balance. Young and enthusiastic team. Great support from Japan headquarters

      Cons

      Due to the flat structure there is very little room for progression. It does help that hey are doing more secondments but they are more horizontal moves rather than vertical moves

      - Tons of micro management - No respect from management to their team members under them - Very low salary compared to industry standards - Backstabbing - No emphasis on actual customer requirements
