      Decent base with car allowances and fair bonus. Cellphone allowances are also provided.

      Cons

      Only 2 weeks vacation, high turnover rate.

      Pros

      Not short of training sessions to get you going!, very proactive management of newbies to make sure they are happy and understand the role, process and individual expectations. Some long term employees also help to get you involved, and integrated within the organization.

      Cons

      Not the greatest of payers for the basic package, but the ability to earn is there if you put in the, the hard work! especially in a "New Business" role.. The old adage, the harder I work luckier I get, has some resonance with Canon..
