      some co-workers were good to work with.

      no room for growth, no pay increase, dead end job, managers are not honest and do many dishonest things behind your back.

      * End of the year bonus * Employee sale twice a year * 401K matching

      Cons

      * Walking morgue. A lot of the employees have been there more than 20 years and have no more life in them. * Too many chiefs. No room for advancement. Especially if you are not a Japanese male. * Red tape city. Can't get things done fast and efficiently. It is amazing that Canon is still a leader in anything.
