Professional, 9-5, weekends off, understanding when sick, shows appreciation for work provided. Great work life balance. Excellent management.

They don't do yearly raises. Raises are small.

Pros

Travel for training and the training programs were decent.

Cons

Will work more then 50 hrs a week. Constant on-call rotation every week and every other weekend. Company does not tell you about the workload and they only hire enough to kepp things running while exhusting the workforce with a massive workload and constant on-call.
