Thanks. Your comments are appreciated and we are indeed investing more in career development. Last year's deployment of our Development Hub was a significant milestone in communicating opportunities for career progression and talent management: It's an ongoing process with both HR teams and Senior Leadership actively monitoring and engaged in ways to reward and retain people across the business so do expect more to come.

We're confident that investments and changes shared with our employees are making a positive impact - but appreciate that we need to continue looking at the most effective ways to communicate, engage with and retain talent e.g. the Development Hub. Its an industry-wide challenge but please rest assured that there is plenty of effort placed on retaining, motivating and rewarding talent at all levels.
