      Pros

      The staff and working environment are great. Brilliant with flexible working if you require it. Great benefits package and pension.

      Cons

      There are lots of processes and procedures which make some things less personal. Lots of changes in ways of working which can be frustrating. Hard to progress in certain roles.

      It’s hard to respond without knowing when & where you worked as Canon EMEA covers some 45+ territories in the region. However, we’re actively embracing technology and tools that provide newer, flexible ways of working for the future for all 17,000 EMEA employees (e.g. Office 365/Cloud, remote working etc.): Indeed, some of our core solutions and services absolutely depend on it… Sorry to hear your experience wasn’t as positive as it could have been: There has been a huge investment in management communication, tools and resources to create a more open and collaborative working culture, and the results of our recent 2015 Employee Engagement Survey suggest that this has been very positively received.
